Only seasonal, local produce is used by chef Julien Blaya inside the arched stone walls of this cosy wood-beamed, peach-hued restaurant: suckling pig, milk-fed veal, lamb, duck, seafood, vegetables, fruits, jams and more. Wines are solely from Roussillon producers. At €13, the daily special served at lunchtime is a steal. If only La Senyera had a terrace!
