This hulking, gigantic mountain-activities centre looks rather like a timber-clad supertanker that's marooned itself in the middle of St-Martin-de-Vésubie. Clad in timber, glass and a grass roof, and built at a vast budget of €25 million, it offers introductory sessions to climbing, canyoning and caving, using fibreglass models to simulate natural features – such as a 13m rock face and a cave system complete with pools and cascades. There's also a fantastic swimming pool, solarium and sauna.
