Tour description
We offer New Orleans history and New Orleans stories on our walking tours through the historic neighborhoods of the French Quarter, Garden District and St. Louis Cemetery #1. Our focus is on the people who lived in New Orleans long before and those who live here today. You’ll learn about the unique characters that this city has produced – from eccentric aristocrats and colorful privateers to iconic jazz musicians. You will hear their stories and get to admire the beautiful Creole architecture of New Orleans. At the end of the tour, you’ll understand why so many people insist that New Orleans has no equal. The Crescent City’s history is full of fascinating characters, and they all come to life during our tours. Aristocrats, privateers, fur traders, steamboat captains, merchants and opera divas all lived in the French Quarter and/or Garden District.
