Aside from other prizes from the day's catch, Poissonnerie du Golfe is the place for clam-like tellines. Buy a kilo or so of the pink nail-sized bivalves, soak in water salted with gros sel, (‘coarse salt’) until purged of sand sand, drain, and pan-fry with finely-chopped garlic and baby onions in cream and a little white wine. Delicious!
