Les Baux de Paris

French in Latin Quarter

Centuries-old wooden beams and exposed stone add instant charm to this busy restaurant-bar on rue Mouffetard, a market street. Be it a dozen freshly shucked oysters, deep-fried squid, tuna tartare or traditional magret de canard (duck breast) with figs and pecan nuts, there is a dish or small plate to suit every taste.

Cheese and charcuterie tasting platters work well with the house cocktails (€10 to €12).
