Brasserie in Louvre & Les Halles

Although a newcomer on ancient market street rue Montorgueil, this relaxed corner brasserie feels like it's been here forever. Filled with regulars from the time it opens for early-morning coffee until late into the night, its wraparound terrace offers fantastic people-watching. Brasserie classics (French onion soup, Burgundy snails, bavette steak with Béarnaise sauce, beef tartare with quail eggs) are spot-on.

Thirty different wines and Champagnes are available by the glass or bottle.
