Neighbourhood bistro Le Cadoret, with terrazzo floors, mirrored walls and a sunny corner terrace shaded by a teal awning, is run by siblings Louis and Léa Fleuriot. Louis orchestrates the service, while in the kitchen, Léa composes dishes such as eggs mimosa, chestnut and sumac soup, and boudin blanc (white blood sausage) with celeriac purée and hazelnut butter.
