Chef Cyril Lalanne shows how inventive southwestern French cuisine can be at this snug 22-seat restaurant behind a cherry-coloured façade. Starters such as snail and chorizo cassoulet are followed by rich, often game-based mains (goose with spiced roast pear, for instance) and desserts like pear and walnut compote with Roquefort (yes, as in the potent blue cheese) ice cream.
