Twin-Michelin-starred chef Hélène Darroze, whose flagship Parisian restaurant is on the Left Bank, is behind this spacious, airy Right Bank restaurant. Flavours of her native southwestern France are at the fore of dishes like spiced suckling lamb confit, and brioche- and foie gras–stuffed chicken with roast garlic. Upstairs the cherry-red cocktail bar revisits classic French recipes.

Wines are exclusively sourced from female vigneronnes (winemakers).
