Named for the Breton commune near Brest, Plougastel’s decor might be spartan, but its crêpes and savoury galettes are anything but, with generous toppings including St-Jacques scallops, or chicken breast, spinach and fried egg, and pears in syrup and Chantilly (sweetened whipped cream).
