This landmark brasserie by superstar chef Alain Ducasse sits beneath the golden-hued canopy topping the Forum des Halles, the one-time wholesale market-turned-shopping mall and transport hub. A train-station-like information board dominates the contemporary space and updates diners on its house-speciality soufflés (such as lobster bisque or pistachio and salted caramel). Unlike most Ducasse establishments, there's no dress code.
