La Scala Paris

in Montmartre & Northern Paris

Dance, circus arts, concerts and multimedia productions all feature at this 550-capacity theatre.

The building has a colourful history: built in 1873 as a Belle Époque concert cafe – inspired by its Milan-opera-house namesake – and transformed into an art deco cinema in 1936, La Scala became Paris' first pornographic multiplex (five screens) from 1977 until the late 1990s.
