During this interactive cooking class I will join you in the countryside of Provence and teach you how to prepare some classic local dishes using market-fresh ingredients at a 500-year-old farmhouse. We'll enjoy our meal with the estate's very own olive oil and fantastic local wines.
Join me at a rustic farmhouse in the countryside, where we will learn all about olive oil production and taste some great oils. I will also teach you how to cook a classic Provence menu, which we will share (accompanied with great local wines, of course!) at the end of the class.
I don't think there is any better way to experience authentic Provençale cuisine than to learn to cook it yourself. Join me on this hands-on cooking workshop, set in a family-owned, 500-year-old farmhouse. First, we'll sample the estate's very own premium olive oil and learn about the production process of this important Southern French staple. Next, we'll use market-fresh ingredients to create a mouthwatering menu of Provence classics, including ratatouille, daube Provençale (a local stew), aioli with anchoïade. At the end of class we'll enjoy all of our creations with some of my favorite local wines.
