Right by the château gardens entrance at the chic La Demeure du Parc hotel, this contemporary restaurant has 50 seats in its dining room (illuminated by a deer-antler chandelier) and another 40 on the umbrella-shaded terrace in warm weather. Poached white asparagus with soft-boiled egg, venison saddle, and pigeon with cabbage and white truffle are among its seasonal dishes.
