Another "must" is a short drive to the nearby medieval village of Noyers-sur-Serein to admire the ancient timber-framed buildings. There is also the option (price not included minimum 6 guests) to accompany a local truffle farmer and his dog (no pigs I'm afraid!), as he hunts for these elusive mushrooms and then return to his home in order to taste some of these rare « black diamonds ». In the company of your expert wine guide you will discover the timeless wine growing villages and beautiful countryside of northern Burgundy. Your private tour includes a minimum of 3 visits and tastings in at least 3 different wineries. You will be taken to a panoramic view point over-looking the Chablis Grand cru vineyards.
