Vietnamese-born, French-trained chef Nhut Nguyen is at the helm of this delightful new bistro on Cannes' pedestrianised restaurant row. The high-ceilinged interior dining room, done up with modern lighting and faux bookshelves, creates a relaxed backdrop for inventive offerings such as shrimp tempura with Provençal zucchini fritters or roast lamb with herbes de Provence, parsnip mousse, dates and candied lemon.
