One of Lyon’s most enduring and celebrated bouchons – it dates from 1937 – Chez Hugon serves the earthiest of Lyonnais specialities, such as blood sausage with apples, lentils in creamy sauce and veal brains. Cheerful red-and-white-checked tables are complemented by pictures of old Lyon on the walls. A good time is guaranteed.
