An upcycled blacksmith’s workshop in the Saint-Pierre 'hood is the cool venue for this feisty 'n' fashionable restaurant specialising in meats (beef, lamb, veal) barbecued over an open fire, washed down with an exceptional choice of organic and biodynamic wines. Ginger cork table mats and burnt-orange terracotta floor tiles inject plenty of vintage cool into an otherwise sharply designed, contemporary space.

Hardcore carnivores will adore the skewer of grilled calf kidneys, accompanied perhaps by mashed potato laced with black truffle, soya- and -sesame-glazed carrots or pea-green brussel sprouts sautéed with bacon and walnuts.
