Bordeaux winemaker Bernard Magrez is the creative clout behind this luxurious, five-star hotel restaurant, overseen by twin Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire. As one would expect of a chateau, dining is refined and traditional in a fireplace-clad dining room. Cuisine is firmly routed in the local terroir and the wine list is sensational (but then Monsieur Magrez does own four Bordeaux grands crus).
