Cheese in Saint-Pierre, Saint-Paul & the Triangle d'Or

This contemporary fromagerie (cheese shop) sends out its dégustation (tasting platters) to be enjoyed in situ with a glass of wine. Four generations of affineurs-fromageurs have ripened cheese in the cellars beneath the gleaming shop and friendly staff know their stuff. Specialities include chilli-, porto- or whisky-infused cheddar, gouda aged for 1000 days and organic tomme encrusted in cumin, pepper or basil.
