Bistro in Bagnères de Luchon

In contrast to the traditional fare on many Luchon menus, this bistro takes its cue from a more contemporary cookbook. It’s run by husband-and-wife team Laura and Thomas, who favour seasonal ingredients and stripped-back presentation: expect dishes such as locally sourced lamb and river trout partnered with delicate vegetable medleys sautéed in white-wine sauce.
