There are several varieties of baguettes, and during your workshop, you’ll see just a handful of the many different types and styles that exist; there's more to a baguette than meets the eye! The flour will fly while you watch your expert baker demonstrate the proper techniques, from mixing and kneading the dough to shaping, decorating and putting it in the oven. Then do it all yourself! The reward for your hard work comes as you bite into your freshly baked baguette as soon as it leaves the oven. But that's not all - you'll also discover how the iconic French pastry, the croissant, is made from start to finish. It may seem daunting, but don't worry; the baker will help you to understand the unique process that's required to make croissants, from start to finish. You'll get to taste a croissant fresh out of the oven as the class concludes.
