Depart for a guided walking tour of the historical center of Albi. Contemplate the lofty fortified Cathedral built in a unique southern French Gothic style from local brick in characteristic red and orange colors. Your tour will also take you along the banks of the Tarn River to admire Old Bridge and the Saint-Salvi quarter with its church & cloister. Your tour will end with a visit of the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum (entrance fee not included) set in what was once the Bishops Palace.
Located in the southern France, Albi is one of the most attractive city of France. It is part of Unesco heritage. Only 45 minutes from Toulouse and 20 minutes from Les Cordes-sur-Ciel, the episcopal city is authentic and has a typical colored architecture. It is also a dynamic city as Albi has many cultural and sporting events (Pause guitar festival, superbike, carnaval...). During the tour, you will contemplate the Sainte Cécile cathedral which was built in 13th century and looks like a fortified castle.
