The first stop is Adadi Mariam Rock Church (13th Century AD). Visit this unique church for half an hour to learn the background of the Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity and the church specifically. After 30 minutes more drive you’ll discover the grave site of the Steles of Tiya (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Here you will see about 40 stone grave markers decorated with carvings and erected in the 14th Century AD. After lunch at the town of Butajira, head to Arba Minch with a stop at the villages of the Oromo tribal people.Day 2 – Arba Minch – Dorze Tribe – Chamo Lake – Arba Minch After breakfast, drive for an hour to Chencha where you will experience the Dorze Tribe culture by visiting their huge bamboo huts, learning how the Dorze people prepare their bread and porridge from the root of Enset (False Banana Tree). After lunch at Arba Minch and enjoy a private boat ride on Chamo Lake for about an hour to explore the wildlife to see big African Crocodiles, families of hippos, and a number of lowland water birds. Late in the afternoon, get incredible views of the twin lakes of Lake Abaya and Lake Chamo, and the “Bridge of Heaven”.Day 3 – Arba Minch – Shashemene – Awasa Today, you’ll drive 275 km north to Awasa visiting the villages of the Alaba tribal. 4 Days Trek in Bale Mountains National Park

Day 1: Drive to Dinsho(from Addis Ababa), Bale Mountains National Park HQ – GobaIn the morning, you will drive to Dinsho, via Shashemene (410 Km from Addis). En route, you will make a stop on Awash River and Lake Ziway (best known for its birdlife) to visit aquatic birds. You will have lunch at Shashemene (250 Km from Addis). You will proceed driving and arrive in Dinsho in the afternoon.  Upon arrival, you will do all the requirements for short easy trekking at the Bale Mountains National Park HQ. After a brief break, you will have time to make a short hike along the northern part of the park. Later late in the afternoon drive to Goba (40 Km from Dinsho) for overnight stay. SIGHTSEEING • Lake Ziway and its birdlifeOvernight stay in Wabe Shebelle Hotel, Goba.Day 2: Day trip to Sanetti PlateauIn the morning, you will have breakfast and drive to the Sanetti Plateau (altitude of 4000 meter, with Afro-alpine Moorland, beautiful wild alpine scenery). A trip south from the Lodge to the small town of Dolo Mena takes about an hour. En route one has a chance to see Giant Forest Hog and Vervet monkeys along with myriad butterflies that flutter through the shadows and sunlight. Small temporary camps may be seen, springing up where wild coffee is harvested from the forest; coffee said to amongst the best in the world. Approximately 20 km further on from Dola Mena are the Welman River Falls and caves - home to a hermit - which have religious significance. Those able bodied enough can crawl through the caves and pass behind the waterfall onto the river bank opposite. Overnight: Paradise Lodge Day 3: Arbaminch-Jinka (B-Picnic Lunch-D) After an early breakfast, we will drive to Jinka en-route visiting different cultural people and their villages which include the Konso, Tsemai, and Ari. The Konso are famous for their old and unique terracing and unusual engraved wooden statues of Konso grave markers. Overnight: Omo Eco-Jinka.                       Day 4: Jinka-Mago-Mursi-Jinka (B-Picnic Lunch-D)After breakfast, we will drive from Jinka to Mursi Village. The Mursi, undoubtedly the most celebrated residents of South Omo are distinctive group of pastoralists. The Mursi are best known for their unique item of decoration, After our visit to the Mursi Village, we will have our picnic lunch in the Mago National Park and drive to Turmi.
