Getting around by air

There is very little in the way of domestic flights in Estonia. Direct flights run from Tallinn to Kuressaare and Tallinn to Kärdla, operated by Saartelennuliinid (www.saartelennuliinid.ee) twice daily on weekdays and once on Saturdays and Sundays. Other flights from Tallinn to the rest of the country require a connection outside of Estonia.

In winter, when sea travel is impossible, Luftverkehr Friesland-Harle (LFH, www.lendame.ee) operates flights between Pärnu and Kuressaare to the island of Ruhnu on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
