Tucked unsuspectingly down an industrial complex alley, this no-frills bakery offers loaves of fresh-baked sourdough, spelt and brioche breads and house-cured meats and sausages. The selection of artisanal proteins run the gamut from salami, capicola and bresaola to dry-cured duck and deer sausage.
Look out for its blue sign in the parking lot behind the yellow apartment building that faces Kotzebue street; the entrance is a few doors down on the right.
