With some top child-friendly attractions and a wonderful outdoor pool, Plymouth is a family-friendly city. Summer is especially appealing – a greater number of boat rides operate and there's ample opportunity for getting out on the water.
Accommodation & Facilities
The bigger city hotels welcome families with children, often providing cots or put-up beds. Some B&Bs will be able to fit extra beds in too.
The city’s Drake Circus shopping centre, the bigger attractions and department stores all have good baby-changing facilities. Many cafes, especially around the Hoe and waterfront, offer reasonable children's menus.
