The cocktail fad is given full expression at this lovely bar, where the bartenders take an almost annoying pride in the theatrical quality of their creations – the 'Rise and Shine' (Southern Comfort, orange juice, grenadine and banana liqueur) comes topped with smoking dry ice for effect. It also has a big selection of gins.
