You’ll have to book a month in advance to eat here (or resign yourself to a 6pm or 10pm sitting – maybe – if you book just a few days before), but you’ll get to chew at and view one of the greatest celebrity restaurant magnets in town. Signature dishes include the black cod with miso and the wagyu sukiyaki.

Decor is understated; service discreet and efficient.
