Spanish in The West End

Tapas are always better value in Spain than in London, but the quality of the food at Barrafina justifies the extra expense. Along with gambas al ajillo (prawns in garlic), there are more unusual items, such as tuna tartar and grilled quail with aioli, plus a wonderful changing menu of specials.

Customers sit along the bar, so it's not a good choice for groups (and the maximum party size is four). No reservations, so prepare to queue.
