PLEASE NOTE! This tour is 16.5 miles (24Kms) so please only choose a standard bicycle if you can comfortably ride a bicycle for this distance in any weather. PLEASE choose our ELECTRIC BICYCLE option if you haven't ridden a bicycle in a while (over 3 months + ago).This tour starts at 9:30AM prompt. Go wild with ‘Beatlemania’ on this 3.5-hour bike tour of The Beatles’ Liverpool. Led by an expert guide, enjoy a leisurely 16.5 mile (26-km) cycle around the Fab Four’s home city, soaking up iconic landmarks such as Penny Lane and Strawberry Field. See the schools where Paul McCartney, George Harrison and John Lennon studied, visit the lesser-known locations that the band members frequented, and see the sights that inspired some of the band’s biggest hits. Numbers limited to 10 people (larger groups can be catered for), ensuring a small-group experience.
The tour starts promptly so please arrive at least 15 minutes before it starts. Once you have been sized for your bike and have been fitted with a helmet you will be given a brief Health & Safety talk about cycling in Liverpool. Once we set off there are plenty of stops to take photos and learn more about the Fab Four! The stops include: A Case History, The Art school where John Lennon, Cynthia Lennon and Stuart Sutcliffe went, the school of Paul McCartney & George Harrison, Ye Cracke Pub, Ringo Starr's house, The Palm House, Penny Lane, Dovedale School, Quarry Bank school, the house of John Lennon, St Peter's Church Hall, Eleanor Rigby's grave, Strawberry Field and the house of Paul McCartney. We also pass through Princes Park and Sefton Park. You will arrive back at the meeting point approximately 3.5 hours later with memories that will last a lifetime!
