The best way to see Oxford is on a bicycle on this small-group bicycle tour along the River Thames Path. In fact, bikes are the locals' favorite way to get around the city as the compact Oxford is not very car-friendly. This small-group tour averages 2-4 people per group and includes a cycle tour into the countryside lasting approx 2 to 2/12 hours plus a walking tour about the city & university lasting approx 90 minutes+ which goes inside the colleges. The route covers both Oxford university and city sights and stories with a college entrance fee and a relaxing cycle along the River Thames to Iffley or Binsey Village.
You have the options as follows- so please make known your request, when booking the tour: 10am start ends about 2.30pm, 12.30 tour ends about 4.30pm or 5pm, 2.30pm tour ends about 6.30pm.
Our marginally higher ticket price reflects the special quality of typically having smaller groups than our competitors- average numbers of just 2-4 persons per tour. This is a combined cycle tour into the countryside with a city & university walking tour (going into colleges).

If you require bikes for young children, you are requested to let your local provider know in advance in order to hire in parents' bicycle with child back seat. As such, there is a charge to bring infants.
