Cafe in Saraguro

All of a sudden, Saraguro has a sweep of seriously good places to eat, with this chirpy cafe bolstering the scene on Saraguro's second (lower) plaza. A little terrace looks out on the plaza, whilst inside the decor pays tribute to the famous December festival of Kapak Raymi. Dishes showcase the incredible variety of grains grown in the Saraguro area, such as trigotto (risotto, but with wheat rather than rice). They have nice cakes and juices, too.
