Sweets in Ibarra

A small shop stuffed to the gills with signature Ibarra treats such as nogadas (sweetened treats made from walnuts, sugar, milk and egg whites) and arrope de mora (blackberry syrup mixed with water or spirits). It's been in business since 1954 (Victor is the third-generation manager) and is so popular it has two other locations in town.
