Italian in Jarabacoa

A newcomer to Jarabacoa's restaurant scene, this little Italian place north of town nails it with homemade pastas, wood-fired pizzas and imported meats and cheeses. The affable owner-chef helps guests select the perfect glass of Italian wine to go with any main dish, be it the mouthwatering linguine with langostinos (little lobsters) or a tender slab of Argentine beef.

As if the food weren't enough, the restaurant is set in a quaint log cabin in the hills, surrounded by greenery. There's also a small outdoor seating area.
