The newest member of the Cofofo restaurant family, Vækst offers up New Nordic cuisine in surroundings reminiscent of 'a Danish summer evening'. Rustic woods, hanging plants and soft lighting create the effect, and the heart of the restaurant is a large greenhouse. The seasonal menu features local ingredients in combinations both classic and unusual, such as a cucumber and white chocolate dessert.
You can order á la carte, but best value are the 3-course set menus, including a vegetarian option.
