Sugar and spice and all things nice is what you get at this pocket-sized organic bakery, owned by the founding father of the New Nordic food movement, Claus Meyer. Only Danish flour ground in-house is good enough for these sticky morsels, among them golden apple croissants, blåbærsnurrer (blueberry twists) and a luscious kanelsnægel (cinnamon snail) laced with remonce (creamed butter and sugar filling).
