This restaurant, part of a hotel complex, is arguably Lednice’s best (out of an admittedly meagre bunch). You’ll find nicely done local specialities, including a couple of fish entrées such as trout and pike-perch. Many of the menu items are given a special twist, such as the baked lamb with a hint of rosemary, served with leaf spinach. Book on weekends.
