Cafe Louvre

Cafe in Nové Město

The French-style Cafe Louvre is arguably the most amenable of Prague's grand cafes, as popular today as it was in the early 1900s when it was frequented by the likes of Franz Kafka and Albert Einstein. The atmosphere is wonderfully olde worlde, and it serves good Czech food as well as coffee. Check out the billiard hall and the ground-floor art gallery.
