The tour covers all the sights of Jewish Museum as well as the fascinating Old New Temple, one of the oldest Jewish temples in Europe and you will visit the Old Jewish Cemetery, where Avigdor Kara, Mordechaj Meisel or Rabbi Low, legendary creator of Golem, are buried. On this tour your personal guide takes you through the historical monuments of the Prague's Jewish Quarter, all while explaining its history in detail. On the tour you will visit the Meisel synagogue where you will learn about the beginnings of Jewish people in the Czech Republic from the 10th century until the end of the 18th century. The tour then continues to the Spanish synagogue, the biggest temple in the Jewish quarter, where you will learn more recent history, particularly from the 18th century until today. Your guide will then take you to the Pinkas synagogue, which is the Holocaust memorial. The tour also covers the Klausen synagogue, the old Jewish cemetery and the Alt-Neu synagogue, the oldest continuously active synagogue in the world dating back to 1270.
