What makes a new restaurant just…click? Come to this nascent place on Lamparilla (never really a happening street – until now) and try to work out the secret. Maybe it's the perfect tapa-sized lasagna, the crisp sautéed vegetables served in ceramic dishes, the rich espresso-flavored crème brûlée, or the table menus written on dried palm leaves.
Other important little details about 361 are its genuine friendliness (they greet you with sincerity even five minutes before closing time), and the fact that it manages to be trendy without being pretentious. The open-to-the-street interior is small but thoughtfully decorated.
