Marta has lived in this craning apartment block on Av de los Presidentes since the 1960s. One look at the view and you'll see why – the glass-fronted wraparound terrace that soaks up 270 degrees of Havana's pock-marked panorama makes it seem as if you're standing atop the Martí monument. Not surprisingly, her four rooms are deluxe, with lovely furnishings, minibars and safes.
Then there are the breakfasts, the laundry, the parking space, the lift attendant… Get the drift? Marta also rents two self-contained luxury apartments nearby (CUC$100 to CUC$180).
