Zagreb daily yoga session's are open to everyone, regardless of fitness level, or yoga experience. Your teacher will help you to take your practice where you'd like to go. It's your session, your best teacher resides within you. We ask you to listen to your body and adjust your practice to fit your needs.Enjoy the serenity of the moment by being immersed in the practise of assanas, monitoring your breathing while the city is slowly reducing it's everyday hectic vibe.
Immersed in the city, while still being hidden away, multiple award winning bed & breakfast's 100 m2 terrace is used as shala for urban yoga sessions.

Yoga teachers will provide all the necessary teaching and guidelines, mats, etc. All that participants need to do is bring their presence and open mind and soul.
