Get a safety briefing and instructions, put on your helmet, and set off in a guide-led convoy. Ride into the open countryside, enjoying the ease of almost effortless cycling. Pass through landscapes laden with maquis and olive groves, and absorb the laid-back pace and beauty of this unspoilt island.
