Soparnik used to be a dry and plain dish that was prepared at times of fasting and few days before All Saints day. It is a savoury pie with a filling of Swiss chard, or blitva as it is known in Croatia. Preparation of Poljički soparnik has been listed among the Cultural Goods of Croatia.Soparnik is paid on the spot and it is additional 80€.
