Then, it is time for the cooking class to begin – however, this is not just any cooking class, but rather a genuine traditional Dalmatian food cooking class!All food in Skopljanci is made strictly according to centuries old recipes. Deeply nourishing, traditional foods from the Dalmatian region were unprocessed, naturally raised, largely raw and decidedly unrefined.
