Scott's 3½-hour cooking classes focuses on Costa Rican food with a modern twist, starting with a Tico mojito. Recipes include ceviche, patacones (fried green plantains) and other Costa Rican staples sourced from local and sometimes organic ingredients. Menus vary but always involves three courses, and you can enjoy a great view while you cook.

Farm-to-Table and food presentation classes are also available, as are vegetarian and vegan options. Located inside Gecko's Waterfall Grill, just before the La Fortuna waterfall. Scott also runs the dog rescue center next door.
