Chef Salvador brings a cosmopolitan touch to the menu, which includes a mind-blowing cazuela de mariscos (seafood stew), beef loin with lemon on creole-style rice and grilled sea bass with fried basil, chili and cayeye (mashed green bananas). Highly recommended.
