Tour description provided by Viator

On this tour you will come in direct contact with the Amazonian culture through authentic interaction with different indigenous communities of the three bordering countries: Colombia, Peru and Brazil. You will learn to identify some of the medicinal plants, sleep in a jungle camp and fish in the Amazonian rivers. “We are dedicated to creating the most unique travel experiences in the Colombia Amazon while supporting the indigenous communities of the area.”We mainly use the services provided by the indigenous communities of the area, which does not only provide the traveller with a direct cultural experience but also generates income for the original inhabitants. To increase our positive impact, we also donate school material to the indigenous community of Ticuna de San Martin de Amacayaca.
