Opened in late 2017, this vast art museum displays exhibitions by artists from Qīnghǎi and around China. Though the building covers five floors, at the time of research, only the third floor gallery was open with an exhibition of modern Chinese scroll paintings.
Entrance is free, but you have to obtain a ticket at the window outside the entrance. Large bags must also be checked here. If taking the bus, alight at Xīnníng Square (Xīnníng Guǎngchǎng Nán, 新宁广场南).
